We make money from consultancy engagements and paid workflows. Not from gating the ideas behind them. The curriculum is the spread mechanism — the way operators teach each other to think in systems instead of seats.

Pay-what-you-can applies if a track changed how your team works. Otherwise, share it with another operator. That's the deal.
